Lock Body Maintenance
1.Top Strong high-end custom smart locks consist of precision mechanical parts and electronic chips. Avoid contact with corrosive substances and usage in high-temperature or high-humidity environments during daily operation.; 2.After the door is opened, do not engage the main deadbolt or activate the interior insurance lock, as accidental impacts may damage the door frame or the lock body. 3.Avoid scratching the fingerprint scanner with hard objects (including fingernails) during daily use. If residue or oil stains accumulate on the scanning surface after prolonged use, gently wipe it with a dry soft cloth. 4.Do not hang heavy objects on the handle, as this may affect the lock’s mechanical structure and reduce its smoothness during operation. 5.If the lock body becomes difficult to rotate or fails to reset properly, please contact your local Yinte distributor to apply mechanical lubricant to the lock mechanism.
Parts Maintenance
1.When the battery is low and the low-voltage alarm activates, immediately replace it with new batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) to prevent system failure. After opening the door, do not extend the main deadbolt or engage the interior insurance lock to avoid accidental damage to the door frame or lock body. 2.Please store the mechanical key properly. It is recommended to keep it in your office, family vehicle, or other accessible locations for emergency access. 3.Do not place the access card near mobile phones during daily use, as radiation from the phone may interfere with the card's chip and affect reading accuracy.
